Abstract
In December 2019, a Corona Virus disease (COVID-19) outbreak has spread in Wuhan city of Hubei province of China. The causative organism of the infectious disease was found to be severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS CoV2) and was declared as pandemic by the World health Organisation (WHO) on 11 March 2020. It has been observed that COVID-19 is of zoonotic genesis found from the studies on infected patients, those who were closely in contact with the wet market of the Wuhan region.
