Abstract

The condition known as cervical stenosis occurs when the spinal cord space is insufficient for the nerve roots and spinal cord. This may harm the spinal cord, a disorder known as myelopathy, or compress nerves as they leave the spinal canal, a condition known as Radiculopathy, with cervical spinal stenosis, the nerve roots are compressed by a variety of pathogenic conditions, resulting in symptoms like pain, weakness, and numbness. Each level of compression can result in a different set of symptoms depending on which region of the spine is being compressed, which calls for a specific type of treatment.
