Outpatient operations that are complicated are accompanied by a lot of paperwork and drawn-out wait times. We want to reduce wait times and raise visitor satisfaction. We created a programmed called Smart-doctor that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to aid users. At MGH Medical Centre, a randomized controlled trial was carried out. Participants were split into two groups—one with AI assistance and the other without.
