Objective: There are two primary goals of this study, 1) To measure the satisfaction level from the services of OPD in patients. 2) To asses those area of hospital which should be improved. Materials & Methods: Total 450 patients were considered in this study who met the inclusion criteria. The study was conducted in LGH, Lahore in Feb, 2021. Informed consent was ensured before starting the interview, Questions were asked as they were leaving Hospital. Questions asked regarding Treatment given by Doctors, Courtesy and Behavior of doctor, sitting area of Hospital, OPD timing and sign board. A scale was generated to measure the level of Satisfaction. Results: About 80% were highly satisfied from the behavior and examination done by doctor. Least satisfaction area was sitting area of hospital gaining only 30% popularity. Conclusion: Patient contentment questionnaire could serve as a useful assessment instrument and ought to be utilized to enhance the quality of provisions.
