Abstract

The main objective present research work was to establish the sublingual tablet of Lansoprazole. Lansoprazole uses as a Peptic ulcer disease. Lansoprazole is a BSC class-II drug, it has low solubility and high permeability, hence need to enhance the solubility of Lansoprazole by using a solid dispersion method with a hydrophilic carrier such as Polyethylene glycol-6000 and selecting the 1:4 is the best ratio for solid dispersion.
