Job Satisfaction is the feeling of fulfillment and enjoyment of the individual regarding the job. The academicians require providing an effective working environment, and high team management to enhance their productivity. In this paper, the importance of satisfaction and the factors responsible for enhancing job satisfaction have been discussed. Moreover, this study has been made with the help of primary quantitative data collection methods and analyzed with the help of SPSS. The statistical analysis of the study has included like descriptive statistics, regression, and correlation tests for proving the hypotheses. Moreover, reliability of the data has also been measured with the analysis of Cronbach’s Alpha, which has been proven to be helpful
