Nanotechnology is the modern formulation and it will rule the medicine and pharmacy fields. By using this technology an innovative formulation is prepared by reducing macromolecule to Nanomolecule for poor soluble drug: the drug nanocrystals. But the nanocrystal is not about the future the first product is already in the market. The technique that are used for the preparation in industries are reviewed.
