Abstract

This research study delves into the intricate relationship between archaeology and conservation architecture through the lens of adaptive reuse of historical sites. With the ever-increasing need for functional spaces, the challenge lies in repurposing these sites while preserving their archaeological integrity and cultural significance. Employing a qualitative research approach, this study employs a comprehensive review of relevant literature, supplemented by case studies of select adaptive reuse projects across the globe.
