Abstract

Purpose: This review research paper aims to explore the transformative impact of AI-driven business intelligence on decision-making processes in enterprises. The study examines the theoretical framework, design, methodology, and findings of various research articles to provide a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter. The paper establishes a theoretical framework by integrating concepts from artificial intelligence, business intelligence, and decision-making theories. It investigates how AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics, enhance the decisionmaking capabilities of enterprises. A systematic review approach is employed to identify and analyze relevant scholarly articles, industry reports, and case studies.
