C. gigentea is frequently utilized ethnopharmacologically for a variety of disease, including CNS disorders. They can counteract reactive oxygen species (ROS) by acting as reducing agents, hydrogen donors and free radical quenchers. The impact of dried extract leaves of C. gigentea (L) on Scopolamine hydrobromide (ScHBr) induced memory impairment in rats, cholinesterase activity, and oxidative stress is investigated in this study.
