Abstract

This article introduces some practices and explorations of the innovative postgraduate training system of the School of Materials and Chemistry of the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology through the international tutor assistant system. The purpose of the "assistant teaching system" of international tutors and the "bishopric" teaching model of domestic tutors is to produce a synergistic effect of "1+1>2". Discuss the method of academic tutor-international joint training to allow students to obtain international education, to cultivate students' all-round thinking, broaden academic international vision, and enhance international competitiveness.
