Abstract

Objective: Up until recently, body mass index (BMI) was employed to evaluate obesity. Later research has shown the accuracy of central body fat (BF) measures as an indicator of digestive disorders. As a result, normal-weight obesity (NWO) is described. Metabolic syndromes are discovered to be present at a very young age in people with BMIs that are within the normal range but have higher fat percentages
