The word superamphiphobicity refers to the effect in which the techniques of surface chemistry and surface-roughness in order to make the surface superhydrophobic and superleophobic, both sharing the criteria of contact angle greater than 1500 along with lower contact angle hysteresis. In this review, we have recapitulated the modification of the surface, selection of substrates and fabrication methods that lead to superamphiphobicity and their characters that lead to functional applications.
