This article provides an analysis of literary sources, a study of the process of purification of wastewater from the Samarkand small-scale industrial complex from organic pollution and the specific norms of wastewater disposal at a dairy enterprise, that is, in m3 for processed milk. In addition, the need for oxygen for the oxidation of organic substances was determined depending on the composition of milk and the composition of the waste water of a dairy plant.
