Abstract

An alternative method of child case resolution, restorative justice seeks to restore the harm done to victims, include offenders in the process of making amends, and fortify community bonds. Despite its widespread acceptance elsewhere, restorative justice has seen only limited adoption in Indonesia's juvenile justice system. The purpose of this research is to analyse how restorative justice has been implemented in Indonesia's juvenile justice system. To fully comprehend how restorative justice is being implemented in Indonesia's juvenile justice system, this study combines a normative juridical approach with document analysis and a literature survey
