Abstract

In today’s world there are several difficulties faced by the travelers to commute from one location to another location. Few of the difficulties are time of the day, days of the week, unpredicted accidents, unplanned roadworks, scheduled road repairs etc. Apart from these, there are certain environment parameters, for instance, weather variables such as rain density and wind speed which affect the traffic flow patterns significantly
