The collaboration between nurses and pharmacists has emerged as a promising approach to address population health challenges and promote preventive care. This review article aims to assess the benefits of nurse and pharmacist collaboration in improving health outcomes, enhancing patient satisfaction, and optimizing healthcare resource utilization. By synthesizing existing literature, this review highlights the diverse roles that nurses and pharmacists play in healthcare delivery and the synergies that can be achieved through their collaboration. The review also examines the impact of nurse-pharmacist collaboration on chronic disease management, medication adherence, and patient education. Furthermore, the article explores the potential barriers to effective collaboration between nurses and pharmacists and proposes strategies to overcome these challenges.
