Abstract

Biochemical approaches play a crucial role in the process of drug discovery and development. These approaches encompass a wide range of techniques and methodologies that enable researchers to identify and optimize potential drug candidates with high efficacy and minimal side effects. This abstract provides an overview of the various biochemical approaches employed in drug discovery and development, including target identification and validation, high-throughput screening, structure-activity relationship studies, lead optimization, and preclinical testing. Additionally, it highlights the integration of computational tools and technologies in guiding and enhancing biochemical approaches.
