This document provides a brief overview of hemp and hemp product, explaining the advantage of hemp as a building material for achieving sustainability rather than a traditional building material. It also provides a preliminary introduction to the construction methods of hemp buildings to show the advantages of hemp not only in terms of the technical properties of the building material, but also in terms of how good the material is for sustainable development.
