Background:Symptomatic deviated nasal septum is a condition characterized by the most prevalent symptom of nasal blockage, which can occur unilaterally or bilaterally. Nasal obstruction is the primary challenge frequently encountered by individuals with a DNS. SMR and septoplasty are the most common techniques widely used. Aim:To study andcompare the complications of SMR and septoplasty procedure in patients with symptomatic deviated nasal septum.
