Response Surface Methodology (RSM) finds utility in various fields, including Chemical, Physical, Meteorological, Industrial, and Biological applications. Estimating the slope of the response surface is a common task for experimenters. Understanding how the response surface changes, such as the effects of different fertilizers on crop yield or variations in chemical experiments, is of great interest.
