This study presents a comprehensive investigation into the synthesis, characterization, and antimalarial assessment of Quinazolin-(3H)-one-sulphonamide hybrid compounds. The research encompasses the use of computational docking techniques to predict the binding interactions between the hybrid compounds and target proteins, offering insights into potential bioactivity. Leveraging the efficiency of microwave-assisted synthesis, 24 compounds (S2M1-S2M24) were synthesized with improved yields and reduced reaction times
