Abstract

Purpose – This empirical research paper investigates the effectiveness of training and identifies the factors responsible for it, with a specific focus on "Customer Satisfaction on Lion Dates." The study employs a qualitative research approach using a descriptive method. Findings: – The findings reveal that several variables, including trainee's interest, career involvement, company support, training facilities, training environment and material, and career adaptability, are closely associated with training effectiveness. Practical implications – The practical implications of the study highlight the importance of considering these factors in order to enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Originality/value: By collecting primary data and utilizing various research tools, this study contributes valuable insights into the factors that need to be prioritized for training effectiveness in the context of customer satisfaction on Lion Dates.
