In the present paper, the researcher has observed that Tilak was a realist and idealistic philosopher. He described his feeling and ideology in an articulating way. He kept the Swaraj as the center of focus and prevailed the political situation. His every word and action were for the success of political battle with the British. He was always busy informing the fundamental principles to build the great democratic future
