The present work describes two methods for simultaneous estimation of Paracetamol and Caffeine in pure and solid dosage forms, Based on the simultaneous equation method at two selected wavelengths, 257nm and 273nm, respectively and also the absorbance ratio method at two selected wavelengths, 269.0nm (Iso-absorptive point) and 257.0nm (????max of Paracetamol). Calibration curves were linear over the concentration ranges of 5-25 ????g/ml for Paracetamol and 3-15 ????g/ml for Caffeine.These methods are simple and accurate, and the analysis results have been validated statistically and by recovery studies.
