Abstract

Health and hygiene play crucial roles in overall well-being, particularly in rural areas with limited access to healthcare and sanitation facilities. In urban settings, many adolescents utilize wearable technology, such as smartwatches and fitness trackers, to monitor their physical activity and sleep patterns. The use of information and communication technology (ICT) in promoting health and hygiene not only encourages healthy behaviours and lifestyles but also improves healthcare services.
