1.Introduction: Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and behaves. People with schizophrenia may seem like they have lost touch with reality. Homoeopathy gives great importance for the mental health both in the treatment of physical and mental illness. Dr. Hahnemann has paid a lot of attention towards the understanding of mental illness. 2. Case summary: A 50 year old man presented with Disturbance in thinking, confusion, forgetful, harming others, hears unnecessary noise, and difficultly in speech according to the totality of symptoms the case was evaluated and on the basis of individualization Similimum medicine was selected and outcome of the treatment was analyzed using Brief psychiatric rating scale. The aim of the article is to demonstrate the effectiveness of homeopathy on schizophrenia.
