Abstract

The wound is the result of damage to the skin tissue and exposure of this wound to external environment leads to the wound infection. Various systems of medicines are available in market for wound healing but still there is requirement of another best treatment. In ayurveda adverse variety of plants are available for the wound healing which shows grateful results. It is a best way to use the combination of the drug than using the single drug to treat the infection which will give better results. Carica papaya latex reported to have antibacterial activity and Boerhevia diffusashowed antioxidant activity long with antibacterial effect.
