If action or secretion of Insulin hormone is detracted, its consequence seen as Diabetes mellitus (DM). Its initial characteristic is hyperglycemia i.e., high blood glucose level from slandered limits and if glucose label remains unmanaged for long term, many complication of kidney, heart, nervous systems start to develop, these are called as secondary effects over the body.
