The study aimed to investigate the formulation and evaluation of Dolutegravir and Rilpivirine tablets by incorporating cyclodextrins (β-CD and HPβ-CD) and Tween 80. A factorial design was employed to assess the effects of these excipients on various tablet properties. The results revealed that the inclusion of cyclodextrins and Tween 80 had a significant impact on the characteristics of the tablets. In terms of drug content, the tablets formulated with Dolutegravir and HPβ-CD showed the highest values, with an average of 100.2 mg per tablet. Similarly, the tablets formulated with Rilpivirine and β-CD demonstrated a high drug content of 99.4 mg per tablet.
