In the context of this research, an analysis of the effectiveness of human resources (HR) will be carried out as a method of contributing to the formation of appropriate strategies for the future. The use of analytics enables the tracking of the measuring of the impact that business improvement activities have had. The main data is collected via the use of a questionnaire that has been put through its paces in a pilot study. After the analysis of numerous previous studies which have been conducted on this area of research topic, the development of a well-organized questionnaire has been undertaken. The structure of the survey employed a scale with five points that was based on the pattern developed by Likert. According to the findings of the dimensional analysis, HR analytics are unable to give an all-encompassing assessment of the employees' skill sets and credentials.
