Background: Hypertension and osteoarthritis/osteoporosis are the most commonly observed co- morbidities in elderly population. A few studies have shown the association between hypertension and bone disorders. Aim: The study aims to evaluate the relationship between hypertension and bone disorders and study the drug effects of anti-hypertensive agents on bone. Method: This prospective cross-sectional study was done in Star Hospitals for six months in Orthopaedics department. A minimum of 120 active cases of osteoarthritis were collected, and survey was done through a questionnaire in 120 patients who had hypertension. This data was noted in patient profile form which includes age, gender, diagnosis, lab reports and past medication history. All the parameters were followed and the analysis involves SPSS software version 22, MS Excel.
