Work-related injuries have been a significant concern for healthcare workers, impacting not only their physical health but also their job performance and overall well-being. This review article aims to explore the various ways in which work-related injuries affect healthcare workers' job performance. The discussion will cover the prevalence of work-related injuries among healthcare workers, the types of injuries commonly encountered, and the consequences of these injuries on job performance.
