Interprofessional education (IPE) programs play a crucial role in fostering collaboration and communication among healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. This review article explores the implementation of IPE programs specifically designed for nurses and pharmacists to enhance teamwork and patient care. The article examines the current landscape of IPE initiatives, identifies key strategies for successful program implementation, and discusses the impact of these programs on interprofessional collaboration and patient safety.
