Abstract

Job satisfaction is one of the major aspects of brand promotion and the reputation of the company recognition from their employees, local community, customers, and stakeholders. In this study, an attempt has been made to examine the level of job satisfaction and well-being with working from home (WFH) during the pandemic covid-19. For the present study, the descriptive research design was adopted. The sample of 120 employees was drawn using a convenience/accidental sampling techniques procedure used to choose respondents based on convenience. Several scales have been adopted to measure Job satisfaction, safety at worksites, and work from home during the pandemic covid – 19 among employees. For descriptive statistics, mean, standard deviation (S.D), correlation, comparison mean, ANOVA, and Kolmogorov-Smirnova Shapiro-Wilk test were used to analyze data in the present study.
