Abstract

Feedbacks are an important part of industrial growth but when there are hundreds and thousands of feedbacks, it is hard to get into each and every one of them. It is important to classify them as positive, negative and other adjectives for an easy understanding of what the majority of people are saying. This can be easily achieved through Sentiment Analysis. Sentiment analysis and Opinion mining is a field of study through which we can dissect individuals' feelings, opinions, from composed language. It uses natural language processing, and supervised machine learning algorithms.
