The aim of the study is to determine the seriousness of the problems facing secondary school mathematics teachers in the Directorate of Education and Learning for the northeastern Badia region, and how these issues relate to their morale. The study sample also included (109) mathematics teachers from the Directorate of Education and Learning for the northeastern Badia region, and their honesty and stability were verified, and the results of the research showed statistical differences (05.0 ≥ α) between the arithmetic average of the total scores of the obstacles faced by mathematics teachers at the secondary stage, and the hypothetical average of these obstacles. It was also found that there were statistically significant differences (05.0 ≥ α) between the arithmetic mean of the scores of the sample members.
