The article presents the results of the study of "microinflammation" and "microfibrosis" in the pathogenesis of androgenetic alopecia. We examined 85 males with androgenetic alopecia aged 18 to 41 years. In a study of 85 people, 20 (23.5%) patients with androgenetic alopecia had the demodex folliculorim mite, and 51 (60%) patients with androgenetic alopecia had Propionibacterium spp.
