This review article examines the role of nurse-pharmacist partnerships in improving medication adherence among older adults. Medication non-adherence is a significant issue among the elderly population, leading to adverse health outcomes and increased healthcare costs. Collaborative efforts between nurses and pharmacists have shown promise in addressing this challenge by providing comprehensive medication management and patient education.
