Background and Objectives: CABG (coronary artery bypass grafting) is a successful procedure for restoring adequate blood flow to the ischemic myocardium. In the current study, we used transit time flowmetry to assess intraoperative grafts in off pump and on pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods: One hundred patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) were randomly divided into two groups, group(A): off pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG).
