The rising prevalence of cancer worldwide has led to the emergence of several biotechnological advancements, including oncolytic virotherapy, a novel treatment strategy for multiple tumors. Among these approaches, herpes simplex virus (HSV) based vectors have garnered significant attention as extensively researched oncolytic agents on a global scale. In this study, We investigated in vitro the effects of oHSV2 with singular gene deletion gama 34.5 Expression recombinant HSV-2 virus or infected cell protein 47 Expression recombinant virus (ɣ34.5 ExRV or ICP47 ExRV) and viruses with deletion of both genes ɣ34.5 & ICP47 Expression recombinant virus (Dual ɣ34.5 & ICP47 ExRV), on the LS174T colorectal adenocarcinoma cell line model compare with a normal vero cell line
