Administrative reform is a major policy of the Party and State of Vietnam. Organizational reform is a process of change in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the state administrative apparatus. In which, reforming the organization of the administrative apparatus in order to perfect the system of administrative institutions, mechanisms and policies in line with the renovation period, perfecting the national administration to be streamlined, effective and efficient. The article uses the method of historical research and qualitative research to summarize the learning materials on knowledge related to the state administrative apparatus, the organization of the state administrative apparatus, thereby proposing policies to improve the state administrative system how to organize the State administrative apparatus in Vietnam in the context of modern national governance in our country today.
