Fibrolipoma is an unusual histological variant and a rare subtype of lipoma. It has been reported infrequently within the oral cavity on various sites including, lips, buccal mucosa, retromolar area, buccal vestibule, tongue and floor of the mouth whereas, gingiva has been reported to be the least affected site.
