Abstract

The Covid 19 in Ecuador generated that in public and private companies there are labor changes such as teleworking and the use of Information Technologies (ICTs) with physical and mental consequences that require evaluation, higher education is not the exception. In this context, technostress due to prolonged use of a computer has brought consequences such as visual fatigue and psychosocial health conditions that must be studied
