Ethylene bridge contained compounds with two nitrogen’s along with oxygen / sulphur enhances the biological activity, hence we designed a series of newer 1,5 Di Aza bicyclic compounds (I–XII). They prepared from Pyrmidone and Thiopyrimidones reaction with dibromo ethane using ethyl acetate solvent in presence of cesium carbonate. Among the twelve compounds, two compounds-
