this article discusses the strategic directions for the development of civil society in the medium and long term. At the same time, the purpose of this study is to develop proposals for improving the organizational, legal and economic foundations for the activities of NGOs. The issues of increasing the efficiency of social partnership and public control, creating favorable conditions for expanding the participation of NGOs in public administration, further strengthening their organizational potential, organizing training and advanced training of specialists also require special attention.
