Abstract

A complex hereditary skin disease with an inflammatory condition, psoriasis can affect people of any age, and is most common in people between the ages of 15 and 60. It also has a negative impact on the emotional, physical, and psychosocial well-being of affected patients. Oxidative stress, innate immunity, and realease of numerous inflammatory cytokines are hypothesized to have a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis
