Patient-centered care is a fundamental aspect of healthcare delivery that aims to provide individualized, compassionate, and holistic care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each patient. Nurses play a crucial role in promoting patient-centered care in hospital settings, as they are often the primary point of contact between patients and the healthcare system. This study explores the various ways in which nurses contribute to the delivery of patient-centered care in hospitals and the impact of their role on patient outcomes. Findings from this study will contribute to the existing body of knowledge on patient-centered care and highlight the critical role that nurses play in its delivery. By gaining insights into the perspectives of nurses and patients, healthcare organizations can develop strategies to enhance the provision of patient-centered care and improve overall patient outcomes.
