Objective: Regular monitoring of the haematological and biochemical parameters, gives prognostic and diagnostic information regarding the health status of the patients. The prevailing observation evaluated the impact of hematobiochemical parameters at the pathophysiology of the Sickle Cell Disorder (SCD) cases. Materials and Methods: Eventually, the hemato-biochemical parameters of 167 homozygous SCD cases are studied in Odisha.Data including clinical and laboratory characteristics and treatment strategies of SCD patients were collected retrospectively from SCD centers in Odisha.
