Stress is damaging the workplace by physically and emotionally. It occurs when there is a poor match between job demands and the capabilities, resources, or needs of the worker. Stress affects the quality of Performance, employee satisfaction which creates the job dissatisfaction among the employees in bank. Now a day’s bankers are under a great deal of stress due to many antecedents of stress such as Overload, Role ambiguity, Role conflict, Responsibility for people, lack of support from the organization, work overload & time pressures, Lack of motivation & creativity
